At Jolla Design Co., we strive to get your order to you as beautifully and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2 business days once payment has cleared.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• All orders are packed and shipped during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM EST.
• Please allow additional processing time during holidays or sale events.

Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $65 (before tax).
• Shipping Method: We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Shipping Times: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Upgrades

• Expedited or priority shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we hope to expand in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• While we carefully package each order, Jolla Design Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages once shipped. Please use your tracking information to monitor delivery.
• If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@jolladesign.co, and we will do our best to assist.
• Address Changes
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been processed.
