Jolla Design Co officially opened its doors in the fall of 2021, but the dream of a boutique like this one began several years earlier for Emily and Melissa. Over many coffee dates, family excursions and play dates in the park we began to dream about a boutique full of products that fit our lifestyle, a boutique that we would actually want to shop.

Melissa, a mother of three precious babes and wife to Tim for 17 years, relocated from Georgia in 2017 to settle in Pennsylvania. I have always had a love of fashion and clothing for as long as I can remember. Even while I was an elementary school teacher I had a dream of owning something for myself.

Emily, a former business owner, mother of two beautiful girls and wife to Adam for almost 11 years. I am not new to the fashion industry and have always loved being creative since childhood. I have a degree from the Art Institutes in Fashion Marketing, my passion for art and style have always been a driving force in everything I do! 

The name “Jolla” stands for Jubilee, Owen, Layla, Lucy, and Annaliese the names of our children combined, because let’s be honest they are a huge part of our lives and the reason why we do what we do!
