Starting Your Return
- To begin a return, simply email us at info@jolladesign.co with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. Our team will personally guide you through the next steps with care.
Return Eligibility
To maintain the elevated quality and experience we promise, returns must meet the following standards:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition

Original tags attached and intact
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear
- Initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Applies to full-price items unless otherwise noted
- Shoes and accessories must arrive unused and in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
For the comfort and quality assurance of all customers, the following items are final sale:
- Marked final sale
- Items that show wear, damage, wash, or alterations
- Items without tags
- Intimates, bodysuits, and earrings
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your item is received and carefully inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, whichever you prefer. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return arrives.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect—in which case, we’ll make it right immediately.
